Demo Talks / Product or Service Posters

Each attendee can give one 10-minute Demo Talk at the conference. Only one poster and up to 30-minute Demo Talk in total are allowed for one organization. You can only participate in the poster session without talks. All accepted Demo Talks abstracts will be distributed in the Conference DVD-ROM.

Conference Demo Talk presenters can

▪ introduce their latest developments in product or research innovation;
▪ introduce theirs relevant technical, education, and consulting services;
▪ demonstrate software, hardware, and systems;
▪ talk about how their applications improve professional and technical performance;
▪ answer questions, and so on.

A 100-300 words abstract is required to submit to the conference for Demo Talks. Please follow the abstract-only formatting guide. A preliminary version of your demo or a preliminary PDF or PowerPoint version of your presentation is an optional for the submission.

 

Poster Guidelines

Demo Talk / Poster presenters will be responsible for printing and transporting their own poster if they have posters. They are strongly encouraged to participate in Free iExhibit.

The maximum size of the poster is 36" x 48". The sample of the poster is shown in the following figure.
